Prep! Prep! Prep!
Set yourself up for success!!!
I cannot stress enough how important prepping is BEFORE and DURING your Whole30! Prepping like I did was the only way we got through our 30 days.
Set yourself up for success!!!
I cannot stress enough how important prepping is BEFORE and DURING your Whole30! Prepping like I did was the only way we got through our 30 days.
Our day to day consisted of little to no real energy and living off of energy drinks. All while dealing with skin blemishes, dry skin, belly bloat, achy joints, daily naps, no motivation… the list goes on and on.
We’re not old, but gosh darn it, we were feeling like it.
Time. Intentionality. Appreciation.
These words have been on my mind a lot lately.
I get some of the best daily inspiration emails from dynamiccatholic.com! I share some every now and then on Facebook and Pinterest. This one I absolutely love so I thought I’d share it with you all!
So many of us forget that happiness is an inside job! Be happy with who you are!
I hope you all have a wonderful week! Be grateful for all of the gifts God has given you!

Here’s a few quotes to keep you motivated:
What I am thankful for today…
I have so much to be thankful for. How about you? Comment below with what you are thankful for!
For those of you out there struggling, I hope you know it’s going to be okay.
Whatever is troubling you, you will get through it.
Whatever heartbreak you are experiencing, you will get through it.
For those going through financial tough times, you will get through it.
For those struggling with your career/job, it will be okay.
I know you are having a difficult time believing me. My faith tells me it will all be okay. God will get you through whatever troubles. Take the time to pray. Don’t pray to win the lottery or for the guy/girl that broke your heart to come back.
Instead, pray for
You can get through it! I believe in you and I have faith in Him.
Don’t allow yourself to think negative thoughts — that’s the devil stealing your joy.
Don’t allow yourself to be down on yourself or life — that’s the devil stealing your joy.
Make it a point to think of the positives in your life, those magnificent blessings. Wake up every morning and say “God, I am listening. I trust in You. Thank You for another day.” Try to find the positives through the darkness. Yes, I know it is hard to focus on the positives, the blessings when times are tough. Remove “I can’t” from your vocabulary; instead, say “with Him, I can!”
Believe in yourself. Believe in Him!
May God bless you today and everyday. May He guide you through the rough patch.
It’s 5:30 Monday morning and I’m on my way to work. I’ve done my Sunday blues routine and am mentally prepared for the week to come. (Yes, for the week. Y’all, I work with some of the crabbiest folks.) I arrive at work, clock in and start my Monday morning routine by separating reports, enjoying my coffee, checking email – all in all, having a good morning.
Moments after getting settled and started on reviewing my reports, it hits! Negativity has swarmed my office. It’s thick, suffocating and stinky! Sadly, this is an everyday occurrence. Continue reading “keep the crabby at the door”
It’s been a few days since I’ve posted — I’ve been toggling with some different topics to talk about since my Weight Watcher’s post. After a few conversations with a couple of friends, it hit me! (My family and friends have no idea how inspiring they are. Those that inspired this post know who they are! Much love to y’all!)
It’s simple…
John 13:34 says: “A new command I give you: Love each other. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”
I told you it was simple.
…or is it?
